The Lebreton Market Branch, 2523 Bayou Road, between N. Broad and N. Dorgenois. Built by Antoine Babin in 1914 as a residence and store, this building was later adapted for use as a bank. It still stands today (although its facade is much altered) and houses a residence and a floor-covering store--thus, coming full circle back to its original use. The building on its left is gone.
