Pontchartrain Park
Caption on reverse: "Pontchartrain Park and its adjoining housing subdivision compose one of the biggest, most luxurious Negro developments ever undertaken in the South. Note lagoons in this aerial photo of the Park, which already has a clubhouse, nine-hole golf course, picnic grounds and playgrounds. More money is being made available for expansion of the golf course to 18 holes and construction of baseball diamonds, a football field and tennis courts. One thousand homes are to be constructed in the $15 million, 210-acre private housing subdivision surrounding the park."
