Caption on reverse of photo reads: "John Fush, personnel director of the Dock board, who
was in charge of ticket sales among state employes [sic] to the President's birthday ball, which will take place
Wednesday night at the Municipal auditorium, yesterday presented Mayor Maestri, head of the arrangement committee,
with a $2600 check, from tickets bought by the employes [sic]. Seated is the Mayor, standing by him with hand
