Attached text: Napoleon Avenue looked like this before it was repaved and widened between South Broad and South Claibourne. Construction is now in progress on widening to Tchoupitoulas.

Attached text: Roadways of Napoleon Avenue have been increased in width by eight feet in some blocks and five in others. City engineers had to dig deep, completely rebuild foundations before widening could take place.
