Attached text: The new City Park Underpass is scheduled to be opened to traffic during the month of January. It will relieve one of the long-time worst bottlenecks in the city. In connection with this structure, the 14th to be completed under the UPT program, Metairie Road is being widened from the underpass to the parish line.
